Once you receive your order-
During transit your furry item may have become somewhat flattened. To restore its look either brush with a soft bristle brush and/or shake vigorously to achieve the desired look
Our care recommendations are as follows-
Dry clean all faux fur items for best results.
If you don't dry clean-
For the long pile 'fluffy' fur, hand wash and drip dry or dry flat. Brush and shake to restore its look.
The plush furs can be hand washed but the appearance of the fur will change slightly and may even look a bit 'shaggy' afterwards. If you do decide to hand wash though, absorb most of the water by gently pressing with a towel.
The medium pile furs can be tumble dried on a low heat which helps to give a better result. Brushing also helps to restore the original look. If the fur becomes creased use a hand held steamer and hold approx 6 inches from fur, brushing in all directions in between. Alternatively hang the garment in the bathroom while the shower is on and brush well.
Any furs (fake or real) can easily pick up smells so we also recommend that you store any items away from strong odors and away from direct sunlight, as this may cause colour changes over time (as with any item of clothing). On the subject of colour, we do not recommend dying your faux fur as you will more than likely be disappointed with the result.
